New and changed Inbox messages are processed through delta updates and background jobs. This is not real-time synchronization of every Outlook folder.
Project Context in Smart Inbox
The Outlook connector supplies messages to Smart Inbox. You then decide which messages and threads should be linked to a project.
Attachments and Sending
Import supported attachments and send new mail from the connected address when enabled. Project documents are shared through secure links.
Outlook remains the mailbox; Offertes.ai adds project context
Read, archived and follow-up state are managed locally in Offertes.ai. These actions do not change the original Outlook message. The connector is intentionally an extension for Smart Inbox, not a complete replacement for Outlook.
