3. Purposes and Legal Bases (GDPR)

We process personal data for contract performance, security and fraud prevention, support, product improvement, billing, and legal obligations. Where applicable, processing is based on consent or legitimate interest.

4. Sharing with Processors and Third Parties

We do not sell or rent customer data and do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. Access is limited to authorized Offertes.AI personnel and strictly necessary contracted processors, solely for service delivery, security, billing, or support.

5. International Transfers

Customer data is stored and processed within the EU/EEA on infrastructure managed by Offertes.AI. For service delivery, we do not transfer customer data to the United States.

6. Retention

We keep personal data no longer than necessary for processing purposes, contractual obligations, and legal retention requirements.

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, data portability, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

8. Cookies and Storage

We use functional and security cookies, plus measurement/experiment storage for product improvement. Browser settings can restrict cookies, which may affect functionality.

9. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access restrictions, secure processing, and operation on EU infrastructure. No system can be fully risk-free.
