Aijuus (Offertes.AI) provides software services through offertes.ai. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for accurate account information and safeguarding your credentials. Account sharing is not allowed without explicit permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful activities, abuse, infringement of third-party rights, or behavior that harms service security or availability.

4. Pricing and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected interval. Cancellations and plan changes are processed in line with the current billing settings shown in the app.

5. AI Output and Results

AI-generated analyses, summaries, and recommendations are informational only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You remain responsible for validation and decisions.

6. Liability

The service is provided on an availability basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded. Total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Nederlands recht. Disputes are submitted to Rechtbank Overijssel.
